Terms governing access to and use of the website nexudr.com, operated by Nexurium SRL.
Governing language. This document is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the official text and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy. See Términos y Condiciones.
Accessing and using the website nexudr.com (the "Site") constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the Site.
The Site is owned by Nexurium SRL, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Dominican Republic, with its registered office in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.
NexÜ is a private corporate network developed and operated by Nexurium SRL.
The Site serves an informational and institutional purpose. It exists to present NexÜ, its value proposition and its contact channels.
Content published on the Site is of a general informational nature. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer, nor does it constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
Any relationship between Nexurium SRL and a third party — whether as a member company, partner company or individual member — requires a separate written agreement. Using the Site or submitting an inquiry through its form creates no contractual relationship of any kind.
NexÜ is currently in its pre-launch phase. The platform is not operational and no registered user access exists.
Information published regarding features, benefits, catalog or network scope is indicative and subject to change without notice. Nexurium SRL makes no warranty as to launch dates, the availability of specific features or any particular commercial terms.
Once the NexÜ platform becomes operational, specific terms of use will be published governing access for members, member companies and partner companies. Those terms will be separate from and additional to the present document.
All content on the Site — including text, design, source code, graphics, logos, the emblem and the visual identity of NexÜ and Nexurium — is the exclusive property of Nexurium SRL or of its rightful owners, and is protected under Law No. 65-00 on Copyright and Law No. 20-00 on Industrial Property of the Dominican Republic, as well as under applicable international treaties.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or any other form of exploitation of the Site's content without the express written authorization of Nexurium SRL is prohibited.
The names NexÜ and Nexurium, together with their respective emblems, are distinctive marks owned by Nexurium SRL. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement of industrial property rights.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, public morals, public order and these Terms. In particular, you shall refrain from:
By submitting information through the Site's form, you represent that the data provided is truthful, accurate and your own, and that you have the legal capacity to act on behalf of the organization you represent.
Submission of the form requires express acceptance of the Privacy Policy by means of the corresponding consent checkbox.
Nexurium SRL reserves the right not to respond to inquiries it deems improper, offensive, fraudulent or unrelated to NexÜ.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the corporate website of Nexurium (nexurium.com) and social media profiles. Where such sites are operated by third parties, Nexurium SRL neither controls nor accepts responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices. Access to them is at the user's sole risk.
Nexurium SRL endeavors to keep the information on the Site current and accurate, but does not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. The firm shall not be liable for:
Nexurium SRL reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as these Terms and Conditions. Amendments take effect upon publication, with the date of last update shown at the beginning of this document.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, the parties expressly waiving any other venue to which they might otherwise be entitled.
