Nexurium SRL, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Dominican Republic, with its registered office in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, is the entity responsible for processing personal data collected through this website.
NexÜ is a private corporate network operated by Nexurium SRL. For any inquiry regarding this policy or the processing of your data, you may contact us at privacidad@nexudr.com.
This policy governs exclusively the processing of personal data collected through the domain nexudr.com and its sub-pages.
The corporate website of Nexurium SRL (nexurium.com) maintains its own Privacy Policy, applicable to data collected on that domain.
NexÜ is currently in its pre-launch phase. This policy covers data collected through the contact form available at nexudr.com. Once the platform becomes operational with registered user access, this policy will be extended to cover the processing of data belonging to members, member companies and partner companies.
Personal data processing carried out by Nexurium SRL is governed by Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, enacted on 13 December 2013, and by Article 44 of the Dominican Constitution.
Where the data subject is located within the European Economic Area, Nexurium additionally applies the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Nexurium SRL does not sell, rent or trade personal data under any circumstances. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
The processing of your data rests on your prior, freely given, unambiguous, specific and informed consent, granted by ticking the corresponding checkbox on our form before submission.
The consent checkbox is not pre-ticked. Without your express acceptance, the form cannot be submitted and no data is transmitted.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacidad@nexudr.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
Under Law 172-13, you are entitled at any time, and independently of one another, to the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (known collectively as ARCO rights):
Exercising any of these rights is not conditional upon having first exercised the others. To exercise them, write to privacidad@nexudr.com stating your full name, the specific request and a means of contact. We will respond within a maximum of ten (10) business days.
In addition, the Dominican Constitution recognizes the remedy of habeas data as a judicial guarantee enabling you to access, rectify or delete information concerning you.
The Site's contact form is processed through Formspree, which acts as a data processor under the instructions of Nexurium SRL and subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
Formspree receives the form data over an encrypted connection, stores it on its platform and forwards it to the NexÜ team. Formspree does not use such data for its own commercial purposes. Access to these records is restricted to authorized personnel of Nexurium SRL.
During the pre-launch phase, this Site uses no analytics tools and no tracking cookies. No third-party cookies are installed and no identifiable browsing data is collected.
Should analytics tools be implemented in future, this section will be updated in advance and the date of amendment will be shown at the beginning of the document.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
Once those periods have elapsed, or when you request deletion of your data, it will be securely erased from our systems and from those of our data processors.
Nexurium SRL adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data transmitted through this Site travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
That said, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely infallible. Nexurium SRL cannot guarantee absolute security of data during transmission.
Our form-processing provider (Formspree) operates servers outside Dominican territory. By accepting this policy, you consent to the transfer of your data to that provider, which maintains standards of protection equivalent to or higher than those required under Dominican law.
Nexurium SRL may update this policy to reflect legal, operational or technological changes. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page, with the date of last update shown at the beginning of the document.
Where changes are substantial, we will notify data subjects whose details appear in our records via the email address provided.
